Booking Details
A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking along with a completed booking form. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
Either a non-refundable damage waiver of £40, or a refundable security deposit of £200 is required to be paid with the final balance.
Minimum 3 night stay. Bookings for less than 7 nights will incur a £70 cleaning fee.
Prices will be quoted pro rata where your stay overlaps two separate rate bands.
