Prices quoted are for the villa Not Per Person and includes all linen, bedding, towels and after stay clean. Rates also include all local and state taxes.

Booking Details
A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking along with a completed booking form. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £200 is required to be paid with the final balance.
Minimum 3 night stay. Bookings for 5 nights or less incur a £60 cleaning fee.
Prices will be quoted pro rata where your stay overlaps two separate rate bands.
